Purpose Statement:

We believe that Christians in the workplace have the unique opportunity to demonstrate the love and power of Jesus Christ to those we interact with daily. Rather than a defensive stance, where we feel the need to “protect” ourselves from the world around us, Light@Work believes we are called to be tangible examples of Christ in us, the hope of glory! 

Who We Are:
Founded by Pattie Vargas of The Vargas Group, Light@Work is made up of believers who have demonstrated competency and success in the world of business and have a desire to help others “let their light shine” in the marketplace. Pattie brings a strong background in business management, project management, and organizational development consulting. Her focus on the importance of developing strong interpersonal skills and relationships has proven beneficial to organizations in all sectors. She is a frequent conference speaker on leadership, teamwork, women’s issues and faith-based topics.
