Leadership Challenge
We have become adept at creating managers, but not necessarily leaders. Our past focus on business competencies do not necessarily translate to leadership material. The ability to manage tasks, write a business plan, develop a corporate strategy does not equip one to lead people. Instead, we graduate students from the most prestigious business schools fully armed with theories, templates and “best practices” who have read the most recent management book, but have never been challenged to develop their natural talent and draw a correlation to their true practical experience.
